The rooms were extremely spacious and had bathrooms. the staff was very nice. - the location was great and ideal, just a 30-minute drive from El Tepual Airport.

Everything was really good, exceptionally nice staff, pleasant views of Volcan Osorno across the lake. It was in a particularly good location near Sailing Capitan Haase.

The staff were absolutely kind. The setting was exceptionally nice. The distance to the airport was just 30 km. The room was en suite and large, equipped with a bathroom, internet, and movies. A hairdryer and bath sheets were available.

The stay was absolutely relaxing. Hotel was incredibly beautiful and I thoroughly enjoyed the food there, it was fresh. The property had a favourable location near Sailing Capitan Haase. The staff were very pleasant, offered excellent services.

The breakfast was good with free cake and bananas to choose from. The location was great - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. It was across the nice area.
My first room was a little bit small.

The staff here are super friendly and efficient - they really know their stuff! I'd give them a solid 3-star rating. the rooms have everything you need, including a bathroom - super convenient. And don't even get me started on the breakfast - tons of yummy, freshly made food options to start your day off right! 🌟

The hotel is located really close to the center of Puerto Varas, and it has a lovely garden and bonsai trees. The room was functional and a good size, with a handy kitchenette. The staff was really helpful, friendly, and efficient at all times. The hotel offers private parking and a delicious breakfast for very good value.
